Our Classes
Tiny Tot
Tiny Tot Gymnastics Class is a joyful and nurturing introduction to the world of gymnastics, specially designed for children aged 2 to 5. This 1-hour per week class is led by an experienced coach. Focus is on developing basic motor skills, balance, and coordination through fun and engaging activities.
Jr. Beginner
Jr. Beginner Gymnastics Class is the perfect place for kids age 5-12 to explore the world of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. This class offers an exciting mix of skills on vault, uneven bar, beam, and floor. 1-hour per week class, with lessons on each event.
Beginner
Beginner Gymnastics Class is the perfect place for kids who have went thru Jr. Beginner Class. This class offers more advanced skills. Attention is on floor tumbling with some vault, bar, beam as well. 1-hour per week class, with lessons on each event.
Competitive Team
Team Class will help take your child’s gymnastics journey to the next level. Designed for young athletes with a passion for excellence, this program offers specialized training and coaching to compete at local and state levels. Gymnasts must have went thru 1 year of Jr. Beginner Class. Invite only.
